The “acasalerose” holiday home is located in a residential and panoramic area in the municipality of Oggiono, not far from Lake Annone and the Lecco mountains; the apartment is part of an old renovated building in a private and peaceful real estate context.

The apartment, recently transformed into a studio apartment, consists of an entrance hall with a small storage room; a step leads to the open space divided by a wall unit functional to the two areas: the kitchen with induction hob, microwave and grill oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee/cappuccino machine, kettle, toaster and juicer – complete with table and 4/6 chairs; the living room, which also acts as a sleeping area, furnished with a comfortable 3-seater sofa bed that converts into a double bed and a sofa bed. On the same floor is the bathroom with shower. A sturdy iron/wooden staircase leads to the attic floor, furnished with two more beds equipped with TEMPUR matresses and a relax area.
